With 16 years of business experience, I have witnessed both external success and personal struggles. During the 2009 economic downturn, I built an 8-restaurant fast-food chain, achieving material wealth and luxury. However, despite the materialistic success, I felt deeply unhappy and unfulfilled. In a single day, I lost my business and faced severe medical emergencies, forcing me to confront my true values and purpose in life.
These challenging experiences served as powerful lessons, teaching me that even seemingly tragic situations can lead to beautiful awakenings and life-changing breakthroughs. Through my own "a phoenix rising from the ashes" story, I share with others the importance of recognizing universal principles and following them. I believe that being blinded by a flashy lifestyle or held back by negative past experiences hinders true happiness and growth. It is only by learning the necessary lessons and making meaningful changes that we can find genuine fulfillment.

Mindset & Performance

Throughout my life, I've been labeled as "too loud, too energetic, too much," causing me to undervalue myself and feel the pressure to conform. Growing up in Latvia during the Soviet Union era, where conformity was the norm, I felt forced to blend in and suppress my true nature. Even in university, I pursued the prestigious and lucrative field - law - to prove myself to others, but it left me feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from my authentic self.
Fast forward to today, and I have undergone a remarkable transformation. I've embraced who I truly am – vibrant, energetic, and unapologetically myself. I no longer care about conforming to societal expectations.
In my journey, I have discovered the power of mindset. By embracing authenticity and unleashing our full potential, we can achieve remarkable personal and professional growth.

Business & Leadership

With years of running a successful business and managing a team of 100 employees, I understand the challenges entrepreneurs face. I have coached countless individuals from various industries, witnessing the common pitfalls that lead to failure.

Wealth & Abundance

Throughout our lives, we have often been conditioned with limiting beliefs about money and wealth. Society tends to push the idea that money is inherently bad and that rich people are morally corrupt. These toxic narratives aim to keep us small and fearful, preventing us from reaching our full potential.
However, it's crucial to challenge and reject these outdated notions. Money itself is not inherently negative; it is a tool that can be utilized for positive purposes. 
By breaking free from these limiting beliefs, we can create a new paradigm of abundance and prosperity. We can redefine our relationship with money, recognizing it as a source of empowerment and freedom. It is possible to pursue financial success without guilt or shame.
Let go of the fear and scarcity mindset that has hindered us for far too long. We deserve to thrive and lead lives of abundance, making a genuine impact in the world.
